2011 Howl-o-Ween Festival Rules

 

Basic Information: 2011 Howl-O-Ween Fest is open to the public. Admission is free of charge but food and beverages will be sold by a variety of concessionaires. Please help us keep the park and surrounding area clean by disposing of trash in the provided waste baskets and recycling bins. Dogs must be leashed, kept under control at all times and current on all vaccinations and wearing current rabies tag. Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the premises. Dogs must be removed at the first sign of aggression. Many activities are free of charge but there will be some that require a small donation for participation. Local law enforcement is responsible for enforcing all applicable state laws and local ordinances during Howl-O-Ween Fest events. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from event staff or law enforcement officers if assistance is needed.  

Prohibited Items: No weapons, coolers, alcohol, illegal substances or ATVs will be permitted. Anyone found with the above items or conducting lewd behavior will be escorted out of the festival by law enforcement agents. 

Cash and Credit Cards: Please remember that some of our vendors may not be set up to accept credit cards. All vendors will be able to accept cash. ATM will be onsite for public use. 

Parking: Event parking will be self-park along North Bridgeland Parkway. Shuttle service will be provided to assist with getting you to the Festival entrance. Handicap parking is available near the front of the event site.  

First Aid: First aid and emergency care will be on site. If assistance is needed, please notify a staff or any law enforcement agent. If one can not be found, call 281.304.5588, give your location and assistance will be dispatched to you.
