Bridgeland residents are enjoying arguably one of the best resort style facilities in the city. Encompassing more than six acres and located adjacent to
Lake Bridgeland, and surrounded by the
Grand Promenade, Lakeland Activity Center features a 6000-square-foot Community Center and is home to a full-time Activities Director, who plans year-round
events for residents.
The activity facility houses a fitness center as well as multiple classrooms, a full kitchen and meeting rooms for intimate gatherings and receptions.
The resort-style swimming complex boasts six-lane Junior Olympic-size pool, a diving well with two platforms and a gradual-depth play pool with volleyball nets. A young children’s pool offers slides and spray toys. Two 30-foot sky slides are ready for tubing and a spray park features splashy fountains and creative water toys.
You'll also find tennis courts, a playground, picnic tables and park setting for an afternoon of fun and relaxation.
This is the first of many such facilities planned for future Bridgeland villages.
