Activities Director Starts Strong with Community Fun

The Bridgeland community’s new activities director started her job with a bang – literally – staging an old-fashioned Fourth of July party for residents.

Elizabeth Hart, who offices on-site at the community, planned a day of fun in the sun as her first official event. Residents enjoyed hot dogs, watermelon, games and a DJ poolside at the resort-style Lakeland Activity Center. The July 4th party was just the first of many events and classes Hart will initiate in the community.

“American Red Cross swim lessons for toddlers and preschoolers begin Monday,” said Hart, who previously worked for the City of Keller as a recreation supervisor.
