Bridgeland Slates Fall Art Classes for Kids
Bridgeland is hosting a series of art classes for children ages 5 to 12 this fall, with six sessions remaining.
Art classes will be held for children ages 5 to 8 on Tuesdays, from 5 to 6 p.m., at Lakeland Activity Center. Parents can register their children for three more sessions: Oct. 5-26, Nov. 2-23 and Nov. 30-Dec. 21. Children ages 9 to 12 can learn about art from 5-6 p.m. Wednesdays, with remaining sessions slated for Oct. 6-27, Nov. 3-24 and Dec. 1-22. During the classes, participants will explore a variety of art materials, artistic styles and even art history. Cost is $50 per resident and $60 for non-residents.
