The Cypress community of Bridgeland can call itself “best in state” not once, but seven times over after winning a slew of awards in the recent statewide Star Awards presented by the Texas Association of Builders.
The community won for Best TV Commercial, Best Billboard – Developer, Best Promotion for Discovery Weekend, Best Print Ad – Developer, Best Sales Brochure, and Marketing Professional for the Year, Kriste Klepper, who acknowledged her team — Lona Alexander and Cindy Theut — when accepting the award. Also, one of Bridgeland’s top-selling Realtors, Jimmy Franklin of Re/Max-Fry Road, won Realtor of the Year. David Flory of Re/Max Professional Group, another top Bridgeland Realtor, also was a finalist in the category. Bridgeland nominated both Realtors for the award.
