The new model park is now open and there are many beautiful homes to tour!  From April 1-30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., tour the 11 homes on the new model tour and register to win a $1,000 American Express gift card.  Register at each model to increase your chances of winning.  Don't forget that the Government Tax Credits expire on April 30 and Bridgeland has over 50 inventory homes to choose from.

Located just west of The Shores along North Bridgeland Parkway, The Cove features even more selections for residents. The Cove overlooks majestic Cypress Lake, home to many species of waterfowl and also features additional smaller lakes to maximize water views for home sites.

In addition to several traditional parks and playgrounds, The Cove also features areas that are unique within Bridgeland’s master plan. A formal rose garden appeals to the senses, while the lakeside maze garden adds a bit of fun.

Residents will also be pleased to know an Elementary School site is located in The Cove and is estimated to open in 2013.

Model Home Park

You do not have to drive all over the property to learn about the beautiful model homes showcased in Bridgeland's Model Home Park. You will find some models conveniently located about 2 miles from the main entrance off of Fry road.

New models are now open in the new model home park located in The Cove which is just west of the existing model home park. There you'll find several new models homes ready to tour. A Grand Opening for the new model park is being planned for this spring.
