Welcome Center Learn about the Bridgeland community by visiting the state of the
art Welcome Center overlooking majestic Lake Bridgeland at 16919 North
Bridgeland Lake Parkway.
Visitors are greeted by a warm vignette, with the lobby decorated to resemble a traditional family room including a fireplace. A 60-inch interactive touch-screen plasma map helps visitors better view their future homes, with the map showcasing everything from a regional perspective of the development to a microcosm of each individual home site, elevation, price and builder. With a touch of the screen, pop-up windows of information illustrate Bridgeland’s future, including an aerial photo showing the entire 11,400 acres, the conceptual plan, renderings of planned amenities and shopping. Other touch screens allow visitors to access the Bridgeland web site and AT&T’s new U-Verse technology available to each new homeowner. Bridgeland is one of the first communities in Houston to offer fiber optic technology wired direct to the home. Meet our Welcome Center consultants and discover the Bridgeland differences. Visiting hours are Mon-Sat 10am-5pm and Sunday noon to 5pm.

Model Home Park
You do not have to drive all over the property to learn about the beautiful model homes showcased in Bridgeland's Model Home Park. You will find some models conveniently located about 2 miles from the main entrance off of Fry road.
New models are now open in the new model home park located in The Cove which is just west of the existing model home park. There you'll find several new models homes ready to tour. A Grand Opening for the new model park is being planned for this spring.
