Cypress Ranch High School student Hillary Brindell will be recognized with other area students during the Prudential Spirit of Community Recognition celebration slated for April 6. The eight students are being lauded for their volunteer work in the community. As a member of her school’s Key Club, Brindell raised money for a child diagnosed with neuroblastoma. In addition to participating in events and fundraisers, newsletter editor Brindell included updates concerning the child in the Key Club publication.

The event is being held at The Junior League of Houston, 1811 Briar Oaks Lane on April 6 from 5-8 p.m.
