The Shores
Location : Approximately 2 miles west of Bridgeland's main entrance
Description: The Shores is the first community in Lakeland Village, comprised of 10 neighborhoods. Homes range from the 50 feet to more than 80 feet in width, priced from the $170,000s - $500,000s.

First Bend
Location: Approximately 1.5 miles west of Bridgeland's main entrance
Description: First Bend is Lakeland Village's second community and is home to 6 neighborhoods, including the custom home neighborhood of The Reserve. Homes range from $170,000s to more than $1 million.

The Cove
Location: West of The Shore along North Bridgeland Lake Parkway
Description: The third community in Lakeland Village, The Cove comprises of 6 neighborhoods. Also located in The Cove is Bridgeland's model home park featuring 16 models. Bridgeland's fist on-site elementary, opening for the 2013 - 14 school year, will be located in The Cove.

Water Haven
Location: West of The Cove on North Bridgeland Lake Parkway
Description: Water Haven is Bridgeland's newest community and offers 9 neighborhoods. Water Haven will have a neighborhood park with play spaces and a water tower spray structure.

Lakeland Heights
Location: Fry Road and Bridgeland Landing Parkway
Description: Lakeland Heights is a walkable Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). Incorporates Craftsmen, English Tudor, French and Classical housing types. Construction begins soon on the nearby, Lakeland Village Center, which will include retail, small shops, employment opportunities and restaurants, as well as medical office.

Roadway/Infrastructure Construction

Grand Parkway
Location: Center of Bridgeland Development (Highway 99)
Description: Construction began on the Segment E of the Grand Parkway in September 2011 and slated for completion in late 2013. Segment E is a proposed 15. 2 mile, four lane, controlled access toll road with intermittent frontage roads from Interstate 10 to US 290.

Josey Ranch Road
Location: Approximately 1 mile west of Bridgeland's Main Entrance
Description: Construction on phase-one was complteted at the end of 2012. Phase-two construction will begin at the first quarter of 2013.

Institutional/Church

Pope Elementary School
Location: The Cove, west of The Shores on North Bridgeland Lake Parkway
Description: Constuction on Bridgeland's first school, Pope Elementart, began in June of 2012. Pope is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2013.  Part of the school will be two stories, overlooking Cypress Lake.

The Foundry United Methodist Church
Location: Fry Road
Description: The Foundry United Methodist Church broke ground on the first church to be built in Bridgeland in June. Construction should take approximately eight months, with the church opening in mid 2013.

Recreational

Lakeland Activity Center
Location: Fry Road and Bridgeland Landing Parkway
Description: Lakeland Activity Center, the first of four large-scale recreation centers planned within Bridgeland, features a 6,000 square foot community center that is home to a fitness center, multiple classrooms, a full kitchen, meeting rooms and a full-time activities director who plans year-round events. Lakeland Activity Center also offers a junior Olympic-size pool, diving well, two 30-foot sky slides, a spray park, tennis courts, picnic tables and a playground. Cypress Creek Nature Trail
Location: Oak Meadow Park
Description: Set along the historic Cypress Creek Corridor, this nature trail offers a mix of paths, sidewalks and wildlife observations. The first 1.5 miles of the eventual six-mile trail is now open, with another mile set to open in 2013.

Oak Meadow Park
Location: North Bridgeland Lake Parkway and House Hahl Road
Description: Oak Meadow Park is a 30-acre wooded setting that offers picnic area and an 18-hole disc golf course. Residents also enjoy the park's stocked lake, covered pavilion and complimentary rentals of recreations equipment.

House Hahl Trail
Location: North Bridgeland Lake Parkway
Description: This trail is named after the "old House Hahl Road" that stretches across the Bridgeland landscape. This 8 foot wide trail includes numerous exercise stations and connects The Shores, First Bend, The Cove and Water Haven communities. The trail will traverse the entire development upon completion.

Festival Park
Location: Lakeland Heights
Description: The three acre park offers a covered pavilion that hosts frequent concerts, movies and other events. In addition to the pavilion, the park has restrooms and a seating area with an outdoor fireplace.

Water Haven Park
Location: In Water Haven Community
Description: Bridgeland's newest park will open early 2013. The 3-acre park will offer several active play spaces, including a spray ground with a tall custom water tower. Anchoring the spray ground will be a pavilion that will offer picnic tables, barbecue grills and two playgrounds.

Lake Bridgeland
Location: Fry Road and North Bridgeland Lake Parkway
Description: This is the first body of water to greet you as you enter the community A grand promenade wraps around Lakeland Activity Center and offers residents an opportunity to check out paddle boats or a canoe.

Cypress Lake
Location: Nestled along North Bridgeland Lake Parkway
Description: Estimated 2-miles in length offers spectacular views. Residents can visit the pavilion and check out complimentary recreation equipment.

Village Center

Lakeland Village Center
