First Bend in Lakeland Village is the second community of new homes to be developed in this nature-based development and is located approximately 1.5 miles west of Bridgeland's main entry on North Bridgeland Lake Parkway in Cypress, TX.  First Bend includes custom homes in the exclusive neighborhood, The Reserve. First Bend in Lakeland Village comprises 402 homesites in six separate neighborhoods.
