Based on Traditional Neighborhood Design principles,  Lakeland Heights will feature single family homes and townhomes with rear lane access and architecture from some of the most distinctive Houston communities including The Heights (Craftsman style),  West University (Tudor style) and Old Braeswood (Classical style).  There will be approximately 200 homesites in Phase One,  most of which will face a beautiful central waterway or one of the numerous parks sprinkled throught the community.  Residents will be able to walk to Lakeland Village Center (currently under design) on Fry Road which will have a mixture of shopping, dining and office space.   Homes should be under construction prior to the end of the year.
