Perry Homes has opened a new model home featuring an array of designer-inspired accents in the Cypress community of Bridgeland.

The home is in the community’s model home park, a convenient stretch of model homes that illustrates the many choices available in Bridgeland. The opening of Perry’s new model brings the number of homes in the park to 16.

The Perry model showcases the builder’s available designs for new 60-foot homesites. Prices start in the $260,000s for homes ranging from 2,770 to 3,395 square feet. Corner, cul-de-sac and oversized properties are available. Perry also offers a second product line in Bridgeland, with prices from the $320,000s.

With an eye on the past and a vision for the future, the northwest Houston community of Bridgeland is honoring its first 300 families much as the “Old Three Hundred” have been lauded for their adventuresome spirit when settling Texas.

For each of the Bridgeland pioneers, a commemorative brick engraved with the family’s surname has been permanently installed in Pioneer Circle, one of many neighborhood parks within the 11,400-acre development.

The 300 Bridgeland families were invited to a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception that introduced the completed park to the community.
