Bridgeland is starting the new year with new model homes as the community’s second model home park continues to expand.
A model by Village Builders is the latest addition to the park, which, upon completion, will have 12 model homes segmented by price in three adjacent locations. The new model home park is in The Cove, a distinctive collection of neighborhoods surrounded by water and boasting abundant common areas. It surrounds the acreage for Bridgeland’s first Cypress-Fairbanks school within the development, an elementary campus, with an estimated opening of 2012.
