Bridgeland’s first showcase of custom homes begins June 21 and continues through July 6, offering visitors an ideal opportunity to learn more about the community’s custom builders and custom neighborhood.

Five homes will be open noon to 5 p.m. weekdays and weekends for tours. Each of Bridgeland’s three custom home builders will have homes available for touring. Masterpiece Custom Builders has one design, while Ronny Carroll Homes and Tommy Bailey Homes each have two homes showcased. Homes on the tour range up to 5,412 square feet and are priced from the $750,000s to the $870,000s.

With an executive line of standard amenities and an array of designs, Meritage Homes offers both variety and elegance in Bridgeland, a Cypress community with diverse amenities and a natural landscape.

The builder has designs in two Bridgeland communities, The Shores and First Bend. Home buyers can select from 10 one- and two-story designs, ranging from 1,900 to 3,246 square feet, with base pricing from the $180,000s. Approximately 20 homesites remain, several of which overlook trails and green space.

Highland Homes has established Bridgeland as a premier community to showcase its many product offerings, with designs in two neighborhoods and base prices from the $190,000s to $340,000s.

Highland has 20 plans available in Bridgeland’s Shady Bend neighborhood, which features 55-foot homesites, many of which border one of the development’s many lakes. Plan sizes range from 1,600 to 3,100 square feet, and numerous structural options allow buyers to customize their homes to suit their families.

The success of the Bridgeland community’s first custom home neighborhood is apparent in the soaring rooflines now visible as builders continue construction.

The Reserve at First Bend, an elite gated enclave within the 11,400-acre master-planned community in Cypress, features just 27 homesites, each backing to one of the neighborhood’s three lakes.

“Every home is designed to maximize the spectacular waterside panorama,” said Peter Houghton, the Bridgeland community’s vice president of sales.
