Groundbreaking for War Hero Set in Bridgeland

Posted | Tagged in: Untagged

Groundbreaking ceremonies will be held in the Bridgeland community on the tenth home to be built for a wounded war veteran through Helping a Hero’s Wounded Hero Home Program.

Bridgeland has donated a homesite for the project and Perry Homes will build the home. This is the sixth home Perry has constructed at a substantial discount for Helping a Hero’s Wounded Hero Home Program. The home is slated for completion this summer.

Residents of the Bridgeland community have dozens of reasons to get moving this month, with more than 55 exercise classes scheduled, as well as tennis, dance and many others.

The variety of exercise classes promises something for everyone, including Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Boot Camp and Zumba, a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. The littlest residents can get moving, too, with introductory dance classes, including creative movement for preschoolers and jazz and ballet for young elementary-age students.
