Bridgeland’s new model home park is officially welcoming buyers with the debut of two Perry Homes models that opened in November.
Perry is building on 60-foot and 70-foot homesites in Bridgeland and has opened models to highlight each product. The 60-foot model, Plan 2942, is a one-story home at 12515 Cove Springs Drive with four bedrooms and three full baths. The home showcases Perry’s standard features, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a ceramic tile backsplash. Perry builds from the $270,000s in the 60-foot neighborhood, with homes ranging from 2,500 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet.
Perry’s second new model home, Plan 4161 at 12522 Brook Cove Drive, also highlights standard amenities. For the 70-foot homesites, Perry homes have granite in the kitchen, master bath and powder room, extensive ceramic tile, wrought-iron balusters, an eight-foot mahogany front door and 42-inch cabinets with decorative accents. Homes are priced from the $360,000s and range from 3,000 to nearly 4,200 square feet. In all, Perry offers more than 20 designs in Bridgeland.
This new model home park is located in The Cove, a distinctive collection of neighborhoods surrounded by water and boasting abundant common areas. Current plans call for 12 model homes, which will be segmented by price in three adjacent locations.
“The new model home park is actually three in one, making it even easier for prospective home buyers,” said Peter Houghton, the Bridgeland community’s vice president of master-planned communities.
In addition to Perry Homes, other builders — David Weekley Homes, Darling Homes, Highland Homes, Meritage Homes, Village Builders, Wilshire Homes, Partners in Building and Trendmaker Homes — also are beginning model home construction. The new model home park also will feature the first model by D.R. Horton Homes, Bridgeland’s newest builder. The model homes will surround the acreage for Bridgeland’s first Cypress-Fairbanks school within the community, an elementary campus. Custom builders in Bridgeland include Ronny Carroll Custom Homes, Tommy Bailey Homes and Masterpiece Custom Builders.
Bridgeland’s original model home park features 12 models in one central location overlooking Cypress Lake and Shores Park. With terraced front yards and abundant landscaping, it creates an appealing streetscape to showcase the array of architectural styles, sizes and price ranges available in Bridgeland.
Planned for 21,000 homes and 65,000 residents, the Bridgeland community offers more than 200 designs priced from the $180,000s to over $1 million from a slate of well-known Houston builders. More than 3,000 acres are devoted to waterways, lakes, trails, parks and open space. Sixty miles of trails will connect distinctive neighborhoods with amenities and a future Town Center. Residents already enjoy a busy community calendar, as well as a multifaceted recreation complex with swimming, tennis and a fitness center. Other amenity highlights include a disc golf course, complimentary use of non-motorized boats and other recreational equipment and the Cypress Creek Nature Trail, set along the historic Cypress Creek Corridor
