With the opening of several new parks and a planned spring opening for a sports practice field, residents of The Cove in the northwest community of Bridgeland will soon have lots of reasons to go outside and play.

Themed parks, a highlight of The Cove, are interspersed throughout the neighborhood.

“We wanted to continue our ‘Bridgeland Differences’ concept, incorporating not just playgrounds into The Cove’s master plan, but also unique areas such as a maze park and aromatic garden,” said Peter Houghton, the Bridgeland community’s vice president, master-planned communities.
