Water Haven is Bridgeland's newest community of conventional homes,
offering homes priced from the $220s by a team of five home builders. The village comprises nine neighborhoods, four of which are now open and selling homes in a
variety of sizes and price points.
The two newest sections are
now selling and will begin construction by the end summer 2011. Builders
for Brook Haven are Trendmaker Homes and Partners in Building, which offer 47 80-foot homesites. Builders for Point Haven are Perry Homes
and Village Builders, which offer 44 70-foot homesites.
Water
Haven will have neighborhood parks and an extension of the House-Hahl
Trail in these new sections. Pine Haven will contain a rustic pedestrian
bridge to allow for circulation between Water Haven and the neighboring
community of The Cove. Brook Haven also will have a pedestrian bridge
as well as a three-acre park with playground equipment, benches and picnic
tables and is surrounded by open space. Additional neighborhoods will
open as development progresses in Water Haven.
