Water Haven is Bridgeland's newest community of conventional homes, offering homes priced from the $180s by a team of Houston home builders. The community is comprised of nine neighborhoods, and are now selling homes in a variety of sizes and price points.
Water Haven has neighborhood parks and an extension of the House-Hahl Trail. Pine Haven contains a rustic pedestrian bridge to allow for circulation between Water Haven and the neighboring community of The Cove. Brook Haven also has a pedestrian bridge as well Water Haven Park, a three-acre park expected to open by the end of the year.
Water Haven Park offers several active play spaces, including a sprayground with a tall custom water tower spray structure and low-profile bubbling sculptures for a variety of age ranges. Anchoring the sprayground is a pavilion that will offer picnic tables and proximity to barbecue grills. Children ages two to five have a dedicated playground while older children can climb and slide in an adjacent play space. Near both playgrounds is a swing set area that caters to all ages. This is one of six parks planned for Water Haven.
