Three well-known custom builders are now showcasing designs in The Reserve at First Bend, a gated enclave within the Bridgeland community, a 10,000-acre master-planned development in Cypress.
Each of the 27 homesites in The Reserve has lake frontage as well as a lake at the heart of the neighborhood is a dramatic focal point. All homes in The Reserve are designed to maximize the spectacular waterside panorama, said Peter Houghton, Bridgeland’s vice president of sales.
Builders Tommy Bailey Homes, Ronny Carroll Custom Homes and Masterpiece Homes will offer custom designs priced from the high $600,000s to more than $1 million in Bridgeland’s new First Bend neighborhood.
Tommy Bailey Homes will soon break ground on two homes in the neighborhood and Ronny Carroll Custom Homes will start construction on a third home. Each of the three homes, featuring country French or Tuscan styling, will be approximately 4,500 square feet. Bonus room options can increase the square footage to more than 5,000 square feet. Anticipated pricing on the homes ranges from the $680,000s to $820,0000s.
“These luxury homes will showcase fine custom features,” said John Broadfoot, a Realtor with Prudential Gary Greene who is the on-site selling agent at the Bridgeland community’s custom home sales office. “Soon after these three homes begin construction, Ronny Carroll will start work on a second home. Masterpiece Homes also has plans to start two homes this summer.”
Residents of The Reserve will enjoy all Bridgeland amenities, with the first recreation complex now open. The six-acre Lakeland Activity Center includes a 6,000-square-foot community center, two 30-foot sky slides, and an Olympic-size pool with a diving well, splash pads and play areas.
Also opening this year is the first phase of Cypress Creek Trail, a six-mile scenic trail system bordered by the historic Cypress Creek Corridor. The pathway will wind through a canopy of trees and will eventually include environmental signage and several natural observation sites for bird watching or simply enjoying the serenity of the area.
