This giveaway is sponsored by Howard Hughes Communities (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is holding three (3) separate giveaways, one at each of the following Bridgeland Villages: (1) Bridgeland Central on October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; (2) Prairieland Village on October 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and (3) Creekland Village on October 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (each, an “Event”). Each Event has its own entry period, drawing, and winner. Entering at one Event does not enter you in any other Event. Entry is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of each, are not eligible. For each Event, entries will be accepted only during that Event, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Event date. To enter the giveaway drawing, visit the Welcome Tent at the Event and complete a registration card. Incomplete registration cards will not be considered eligible for entry. Sponsor will not share participant information, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to administer the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per family per Event. One (1) prize will be awarded per Event: a $2,500.00 Visa gift card. Retail value of each prize: $2,500.00. Total of three (3) prizes across all three Events, with a total approximate retail value of $7,500.00. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Event. One (1) winner per Event will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that Event. Each drawing will be conducted on or before October 21, 2026, at the Bridgeland Welcome Center located at 20203 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, Suite 100, Cypress, TX 774333. Each winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the registration card. To claim the prize, the winner must, within thirty (30) days of the notification date, visit the Bridgeland Welcome Center located at 20203 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, Suite 100, Cypress, TX 774333, to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license), complete an IRS Form W-9, and sign for receipt of the gift card. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is found ineligible, or does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the prize value requires it, each winner must complete an IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the prize. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway. These Official Rules are governed by the State of Texas.
