Bridgeland showcases patio homes in Parkland Village
Working with two luxury homebuilders, Darling Homes and Trendmaker Homes, The Howard Hughes Corporation is offering an exceptional, new product to the collection of home styles offered in Bridgeland.
Unique, patio-style homes will be situated within walking distance of many amenities within Parkland Village, like the future Dragonfly Park and Parkland Activity Center. Homebuyers choosing a patio home in the Cedar Hill section of Parkland Village between November 1 and November 31 will qualify for up to $8,000 in incentives to be used towards upgrades, closing costs, or a discount off the price of the home.
Darling’s patio homes from their 55’ Sanctuary Collection will offer options for water views, oversized, and private greenbelt lots that are priced from the upper $300s. The 2,386 to 3,063 square-foot homes are purposefully designed with flexible living spaces to accommodate homebuyers’ needs.
Some homesites are on the lake and the floor plans take advantage of their location, incorporating dynamic features like panoramic patios, to enjoy views of the water. The expansive, open-concept family rooms are perfect for entertaining. Each model showcases Darling’s signature loop, providing direct access from the master walk-in closet to the laundry room, as well as plenty of space for storage in the walk-up attic space, also known as a Texas basement.
Trendmaker is offering 2,127 to 2,542 square-foot villas on 50’ homesites that are priced from the mid-$300s. Their floor plans are designed around large, open-concept living areas, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, plenty of windows to let in natural light, and casual dining. Homebuyers can choose up to three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms with some models allowing for up to four bedrooms.
One of Trendmaker’s newest features, a home technology package called HomeSmart® allows you to save energy by giving you remote access and peace of mind to efficiently control your home – from anywhere – using your smart device.
Both builders offer distinctively detailed one- and two-story homes with popular, open-concept floor plans, impressive master suites, gourmet kitchens, and a variety of elevations to choose from. The flexibility of bedroom and bathroom combinations and two- and three-car garages, make it easy to tailor these patio homes to suit your specific needs. Other options include extended outdoor living areas with fireplaces, media rooms and wine storage grottos.
With so many choices of architectural elevations and sizes, finding and falling in love with a home from Darling and Trendmaker will be easy. Model homes are open daily for tours in Parkland Village’s model park, just off Bridgeland Creek Parkway.
