Bridgeland is Houston’s fastest-growing master planned community and is ranked as a top-selling community both locally and nationally.
In order to preserve the natural beauty of Bridgeland, we will be implementing a new program for open house signage that will streamline this process for our Realtor and builder partners, as well as keep the medians and intersections free of excessive sign clutter. Other communities have implemented a similar program, and we
know that together, we can make this a positive change for Bridgeland.
Bridgeland requires all Realtors and builders to obtain the attached and approved open house signs. You may purchase signs from your own company or use the one included in the attached spec sheet.

Approved signage specs are included. Two options are available – one with a rider and one without. You may order from your company or the one we’ve provided in the guidelines.
- Version without rider is to be used for major thoroughfares and collectors.
- Version with rider is to be used inside of neighborhood and in front of your open house.
- If using Perfect Image to purchase signs, the costs are as follows:
- Cost of sign with rider and metal frame: $36.25
- Cost of sign with metal frame, no rider: $31.00
