Introducing Parkland Square, the first Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in Parkland Village that offers its residents quality of life and a true live-and-play environment.

Parkland Square features 178 homes consisting of 35’ to 50’ lots, and includes a range of housing types with Modern Farmhouse and Modern Prairie architecture. Celebration Park, the centerpiece of the neighborhood, is a shared amenity offering residents the opportunity to create connections and a sense of community. Model homes are now open.

Prices start in the $250s, and  all homes are designed and built by David Weekley Homes.

The architectural character for Parkland Square is based on two well-known, American architectural traditions: Farmhouse Style and Prairie Style. Both architectural traditions are firmly rooted in American history and are reasonably recognized by people from across the country. In Parkland Square, these architectural traditions take on new life with the application of modern elements.

ABOUT TND

TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development) neighborhoods are meant to incorporate residential, commercial, and educational elements to create a livable, walkable community of well-connected streets and pathways, public spaces, and more. Such easy mobility between homes, parks, and commercial venues will promote Parkland Square’s desirability as an all-inclusive community emphasizing connectivity, nature, and a hub of shopping, dining, and other services at the future Parkland Village Center, which will carry the Modern Farmhouse and Modern Prairie architectural theme.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

Emulating Bridgeland at large, Parkland Square will be a low-impact development highlighting sustainable drainage and irrigation methods, conservation of the environment, and connectivity through ample public spaces.

RAIN GARDENS

Parkland Square will be the first neighborhood in Bridgeland to use rain gardens as a way to filter rain water before it enters storm drains and the lake system throughout the community. By implementing 11 rain gardens – one of their first uses within all of Harris County – Parkland Square will filter rain and storm runoff for cleaner lakes with higher quality water for wildlife and recreation.

Celebration Park at Parkland Square

Parkland Square’s Celebration Park provides one central park area with multiple access points. It features a dog park, playground, pavilion with outdoor living area for neighborhood gatherings, lawn games, and other shared amenities catering to adults, children, and their pets.
