Bridgeland expands dining options for residents and local businesses with the addition of fast-casual restaurant

Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. today announced that P. Terry’s, a fast-casual, Texas-based burger restaurant, is the latest food and beverage concept to join a growing lineup of dining, retail, and lifestyle establishments coming to Village Green. This 70-acre mixed-use development marks the initial phase of the emerging 925-acre urban district of Bridgeland Central.

Since its founding in 2005 in Austin, Texas, P. Terry’s has built a beloved brand with its innovative menu offerings, fresh ingredients, and dedication to service quality. The new location in Bridgeland Central will feature an indoor dining room and a double drive-through, complemented by bespoke architectural accents, including real cedar and natural quarried stones. Michael Hsu Office of Architecture will serve as the project’s design architect. Construction is slated to commence in 2025.

“Bridgeland’s dynamic growth, family-friendly atmosphere, and dedication to quality make it an excellent match for our expansion,” said Monty Montgomery, Group Vice President, P. Terry’s. “We take pride in creating an experience that delights all our guests and delivers high-quality ingredients at an affordable price.”

Residents can look forward to enjoying all-fresh, all-natural, hormone- and antibiotic-free Black Angus beef burgers, handmade chicken patties, fresh-cut fries made from real Idaho Burbank potatoes, hand-spun milkshakes, homemade banana bread, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. In addition, the restaurant will offer a breakfast menu featuring egg burgers made with cage-free eggs, all-natural bacon and sausage, and fresh-cut breakfast potatoes.

Bridgeland’s rapid growth and accelerated development has transformed this community into a highly sought-after destination for businesses looking to expand. As the community continues to develop and attract new tenants and residents, the demand for high-quality, fresh food options like P. Terry’s continues to increase.

“Bridgeland Central continues to attract interest from a wide range of restaurants, boutiques, and other service-based establishments like P. Terry’s that recognize the value of being part of our growing community,” said John Saxon, VP, Strategy & Commercial Growth at Howard Hughes.

P. Terry’s Burger Stand will be located in Village Green at Bridgeland Central, which will also welcome new retailers and restaurants opening in summer/fall 2025 including Jonathan’s The Rub, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, Crust Pizza Co., Teal Poppy, Gelato & Co., and Venetian Nail Spa. An over 100,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store is slated to open this fall.

Marissa Moreau with Howard Hughes and Jacob Weersing with Capital Retail Properties oversee retail leasing for Village Green at Bridgeland Central.
