Parkland
Village
Parkland Village is designed around the concept of living within a park, with inspiration drawn from Prairie School architecture and the Emerald Necklace park system in Boston. Abundant connections to neighbors and nature are woven into the community, with neighborhoods named after Texas State Parks and streets reflecting the parks’ history, flora and fauna.
At its heart lies the 25-acre Dragonfly Park, featuring a lazy river, leisure pool with beach entry, rope swing, lap pool, fitness center, event hall and lawn, playground, sprayground, tennis and pickleball courts, open playfield, basketball court, dog park, kayak launch and hike-and-bike trails.
