Bridgeland Offers $5,000 New Home Incentive During October

From October 1 through October 31, 2024, Howard Hughes is offering homebuyers a $5,000 incentive to purchase a new home in Northwest Houston’s top-selling community, Bridgeland. This incentive can be applied to lower the home price, cover closing costs, or toward design center upgrades. Many of our nationally acclaimed builders are also offering attractive fall incentives, making it an ideal time to buy a new home in Bridgeland. Certain restrictions may apply.

Discovery Home Tour in Bridgeland During October

The Discovery Home Tour, Bridgeland’s largest to date, showcases 43 model homes adorned with the latest design trends. Seventeen respected homebuilders are participating, with tours available on three consecutive weekends:

• Saturdays, October 5, 12, and 19: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sundays, October 6, 13, and 20: 12 noon to 6 p.m.

Prospective homebuyers are invited to explore model homes throughout Parkland Village®, Prairieland Village®, Creekland Village®, and Bridgeland Central®, the 925-acre emerging urban district transforming Northwest Houston. Visitors can obtain a map and model home tour card from the Bridgeland Welcome Center at 16919 N. Bridgeland Lake Parkway or at any participating model home. For your enjoyment, a variety of activities in the model homes will be available, as well as giveaways and a treat truck will be on-site.

Participants who visit a minimum of 11 models in required areas of the community by Sunday, October 20 will qualify to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $2,500 Visa gift card. No purchase is necessary.

To enter the grand prize drawing, completed tour cards must be submitted at the Bridgeland Welcome Center or any of the 43 model homes by October 20. Qualification requires visiting a minimum of:

• Four models in Creekland Village
• Three models in Prairieland Village, plus one of Prairieland’s custom models
• Two models in Bridgeland Central
• One model in Parkland Village’s Colorado Bend
