Bridgeland’s weekend-long Model Home Discovery Tour can help you figure out what you want in a home. This will be the final weekend of the tour and all are invited to join us Saturday, November 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, November 15 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free.
You’ll be able to tour 30 model homes within Parkland Village from a variety of acclaimed builders and see why we were recently named the Best Master Planned Community in Houston by the Greater Houston Builders Association. The Model Home Discovery Tour includes models by Beazer Homes, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Fredrick Harris Estate Homes, Highland Homes, Lennar, M/I Homes, Newmark Homes, Partners In Building, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, Taylor Morrison, Trendmaker Homes, Village Builders and Westin Homes.
Your tour begins either at our Welcome Center or at one of our stunning model homes. You’ll receive a tour card, which will be your passport to prizes, and map of Bridgeland, the #1 selling master planned community in Texas. Visit as many homes as you wish, but if you visit at least six, you will recieve a $15 gift voucher to use at any of our retailers in Lakeland Village Center. We want you to get a feel for the whole community, so those six must include two homes of your choice at the model home park and one model from each of the following sections: Sheldon Lake, Parkland Square, Lockhart and Copper Breaks. Feeling ambitious? Visit 10 or more model homes, and in addition to the gift voucher, you’ll also be entered to win a $2,500 Visa gift card.
The event will feature food trucks providing refreshments to help you keep your stamina as you have a look at what life could be like in a community centered around living in a park. We’re following social distancing measures, so please wear your mask while exploring model homes that feature a variety of architectural styles in every price point from the $220s to more than $1M.
