Bridgeland Ranks No. 9 Among the Nation’s Top-Selling Master Planned Communities

Bridgeland has once again ranked among the top 10 best-selling master planned communities (MPCs) in the nation by real estate consulting group RCLCO. Bridgeland in Cypress, Texas, ranked No. 9 in the nation and No. 2 in Texas. In addition, another community within the Howard Hughes Communities portfolio of MPCs, Summerlin in Las Vegas ranked No. 8, maintaining the distinction of being listed within the top 10 for 27 years. Every year since 1994, RCLCO has tracked master planned community home sales nationwide, both mid-year and end-of-year, providing data in the real estate development arena.

This year Bridgeland turns 20, and over the past two decades, the 11,500-acre community has ranked nine times within the top 20 on RCLCOs master planned community list. During the first half of 2026, Bridgeland recorded a 14% increase in home sales over the same period last year, selling 500 homes in the first half of 2026, securing its No. 9 spot.

Bridgeland schools also made the grade this year with US News Best High Schools placing Bridgeland High School at #127 in Texas, and #1 within the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. Additionally, Niche assigned Bridgeland High School an A+ grade, while all schools serving Bridgeland children in Cy-Fair ISD earned an A rating by the Texas Education Agency.
