Bridgeland Celebrates the Grand Opening of Prairieland Village’s New Model Home Park

Bridgeland, Northwest Houston’s amenity-rich community will celebrate the grand opening of Prairieland’s newest model home park. Located at 10811 Linnaeus Lane, Cypress, Texas, Prairieland Village’s model home park welcomes homebuyers in search of current floor plans, contemporary interior design trends and the latest in energy efficiency on Saturday, May 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Interested homebuyers can explore 18 model homes from 14 of Houston’s top-ranked homebuilders such as: Beazer Homes, Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes,  DRB Homes, Highland Homes, Lennar, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, Tri point Homes, Village Builders, and Westin Homes. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of limited-time builder incentives being offered such as bonus upgrades, special financing opportunities and more. Participants who visit a minimum of 10 model homes and return a completed entry card will qualify to be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win one $2,500 gift card. Visitors can collect a game card at any of the model homes. Entries are limited to one per family and no purchase is necessary. Upon completion, cards must be returned to entry boxes located in the model homes or at the Welcome Tent to be eligible. Guests are encouraged to park at Cypress Christian School at 21455 Bridgeland Creek Pkwy. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Prairieland Model Home Park.
