Bridgeland Hosts Discovery Home Tour During Three Weekends in October

For three successive weekends in October, Bridgeland, one of the nation’s top-selling master planned communities, will host a Discovery Home Tour featuring 43 model homes from 16 respected homebuilders. Interested homebuyers are invited to explore model homes in Parkland Village, Prairieland Village, Creekland Village and Bridgeland Central during the weekends on Saturdays, October 5, 12, and 19 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays, October 6, 13, and 20 from noon to 6 p.m. Participating homebuilders will offer incentives towards the purchase of a new home during the home tour.

Decorated in trending interior styles, the 43 model homes on display will highlight products from renowned homebuilders, including Beazer Homes, Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes, Highland Homes, Lennar, Newmark Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, Village Builders and Westin Homes. Whether you are looking for a custom home in a gated neighborhood or a home that requires less maintenance, or anything in between, Bridgeland’s Discovery Home Tour offers a vast array of homestyles of different sizes and price points.

Participants who visit a minimum of 11 identified models in the community by October 20 will qualify to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $2,500 Visa gift card. No purchase is necessary. For your enjoyment, a variety of family-friendly activities, giveaways and treat trucks will be on-site to provide entertainment and refreshments for families.

Visitors may collect a map and model home tour card from the Bridgeland Welcome Center located at 16919 N. Bridgeland Lake Parkway, or at any of the participating model homes. Completed model home tour cards must be submitted at the Bridgeland Welcome Center by October 20 to be entered to win the grand prize. To qualify, participants must visit a minimum of four models in Creekland Village, three models in Prairieland Village plus one of Prairieland’s custom models, two models in Bridgeland Central and in Parkland Village, one in Colorado Bend.
