Feel The Burn, Pure Barre Bridgeland Is Now Open!

Exercise fads come and go, however, a long-time proven technique that’s raising the barre to help lift and tone muscles is here: Pure Barre! Recently opened in Bridgeland’s Lakeland Village Center, the exercise studio with the prominent red and white motif offers a total body workout for every kind of body.

Owned by Bridgeland resident Brandi Lehmann, she brings her years of experience as an instructor in other Pure Barre locations. After moving to Bridgeland and recognizing the need for a studio in the area, she decided to open one of her own. A believer in the technique, Lehmann is excited for the opportunity to bring Pure Barre to Bridgeland in Cypress.

The Pure Barre technique focuses on small, purposeful movements to bring big changes reshaping the body. The low-impact, high-intensity regimen provides multiple benefits like good posture, strength, flexibility and balance – things everybody needs no matter your age or body type.

Four categories of classes are offered at Pure Barre: Their Foundations class is recommended for all beginners to the program. It strengthen and tones as you learn basic movements and proper body alignment; The original Pure Barre class is aptly called the Classic. Pure Barre describes this class as fast and effective. The low-impact high-intensity workout promises to strengthen and tone your entire body; Build strength and coordination in the Pure Reform class through resistance-based training; Pure Empower is described as a fusion class that uses weights and incorporates classic barre with cardio and interval training.

Music and choreography keep classes fun. Highly trained instructors will make modifications for differing fitness levels. So, what are you waiting for?
