The Goddard School Opens in Bridgeland

Quality educational offerings are a top priority in Bridgeland. The most recent addition in Bridgeland is the nationally acclaimed early childhood education provider The Goddard School. Owned by 12-year resident Sarah Prause, the center is now open and provides enriching childcare with hands-on learning opportunities for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old.

The Goddard School applies the philosophy that learning happens best in a warm and caring environment through self-discovery and play. Goddard’s Bridgeland location features 10 classrooms, low student-to-teacher ratios, an indoor gym and a custom aquarium in the entryway.

Computer labs and literacy nooks, customized spaces like an art studio, a dramatic arts space, and a learning kitchen are just some of the programs offered at The Goddard School of Bridgeland that will enhance your child’s sense of wonder and curiosity. The Goddard School also offers before- and after-school care for students attending Bridgeland’s current and future elementary schools. To support our growing community, The Goddard School of Bridgeland joins a diverse group of educational choices. Currently housed in Bridgeland are several CFISD schools: three elementary schools, Bridgeland High School, and a new middle school to open this August – completing Bridgeland’s educational campus on Mason Road;  two additional elementary schools are planned for Prairieland Village in Bridgeland and will be served by WISD with one opening prior to the 2024-2025 school year; Cypress Christian School, the first private school; and the first phase of Harmony Public Schools, the community’s first charter school are slated to open for the 2025-2026 school year.

With locations in 38 states, The Goddard School has earned the reputation as a first-class learning program. Located at 21722 Tuckerton Road in Parkland Village, The Bridgeland location is one of more than 55 schools in the state of Texas. The 10,800-square-foot facility is designed to serve approximately 200 students, and enrollment is currently underway.
