Model Home Park

You do not have to drive the entire community to see all of the model homes showcased in Bridgeland's Model Home Park. Rather than being scattered throughout the community, model homes are grouped in a model home park in The Cove, conveniently located about two miles from the main entrance off of Fry Road.

Connectivity and convenience play an important role in the planning of Bridgeland. There will be four distinct villages within the Bridgeland community, defining the land plan and offering residents easy walking and biking access to parks and trails, playgrounds, pool complexes, schools, employment, worship and shopping. 

The villages are built within a true master-planned community that will have a diverse selection of up to 21,000 homes for future residents. Each village offers a wide range of housing prices, styles and densities, from conventional neighborhoods to custom home designs in excess of $1 million. Lakeland Village is the first of the the four villages to open in Bridgeland, to be followed by Parkland Village, Prairieland Village and Creekland Village as development continues.
