Developed by Howard Hughes, Bridgeland received the Landmark Awards following its recent recognition as Master Planned Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.

Wingspan represents Bridgeland’s inaugural build-to-rent residences which are currently available for lease. Wingspan is also the first built-to-rent residences in the portfolio of Howard Hughes. This unique community comprises 263 single-family homes, encompassing attached and detached residences, including stand-alone, casita-style residences, townhomes and duplexes. Each home features private, gated backyards, with select units offering garages. Residents enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle with included amenities such as lawn care services, valet trash and pest control.
