Bridgeland will offer a destination for shopping, dining, commerce, urban living, entertainment & employmentLakeland Activity Center

Bridgeland residents enjoy one of the premier resort-style facilities in the city. Encompassing more than six acres, located adjacent to Lake Bridgeland and surrounded by the Grand Promenade, the Lakeland Activity Center features a 6,000-square-foot Community Center and is home to a full-time Activities Director who plans year-round events for residents. The Community Center houses a fitness center as well as multiple classrooms, a full kitchen and meeting rooms for gatherings and receptions.

The resort-style swimming complex boasts a six-lane junior Olympic-size pool, a diving well with two platforms and a gradual-depth play pool with volleyball nets. A young children’s pool offers slides and spray toys. Two 30-foot sky slides are ready for tubing and a spray park features splashy fountains and creative water toys. You'll also find tennis courts, a playground, picnic tables and a park setting for an afternoon of fun and relaxation.

Residents can stay informed of all the activities provided by the community by regularly checking the official Bridgeland resident website at www.bridgelandlife.com.

Town Center

The heart of Bridgeland will offer a destination for world-class shopping, dining, commerce, urban living, entertainment and employment. Located along the future path of the Grand Parkway and Central Creek Corridor, Bridgeland Town Center will be a thriving downtown environment encompassing more than 800 acres. Check back often to see this exciting project develop.

Nature

New Home Communities with Fishing, Paddle Boats & SkiingLocated along the eastern boundary of the Katy Prairie and traversed by a portion of the Cypress Creek riparian corridor, Bridgeland is a mixed-use community that respects its natural setting. In recent history, the community's site was intensively managed and altered from its natural state for agricultural activities.

Over the next few decades, Bridgeland will transition from those intensive agricultural uses to a community that conserves, enhances and/or creates diverse habitats and open space networks to define and connect the community in a unified manner.

This is an environment where both people and nature can thrive — an environment that encourages strong bonds of community, career and family life.
