This consumer-driven, home search tool allows you to maintain social distancing while exploring options for building a new home in Parkland Square. Designed to make the home buying process easier, it will shorten the length of time it takes to narrow down your search.
It’s easy to navigate on mobile devices, so you can search on-the-go or from your couch. It also provides buyers with the added benefit of being able to level-set expectations between wish list desires and the reality of budgets. With this tool, a good portion of the decision making process can be thought through before meeting with a Realtor or builder.
A buyer can make decisions based on criteria they seek in a home, such as square footage and price. You can sort by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms or the number of stories. There’s even a quick move-in tab, for those who need to move into a new home more quickly. Options for lot size and front elevations can also be considered.
Once those choices are made, the interactive map allows you to see how the home will fit on the chosen lot. Thinking of adding a pool at a later date? Along with cardinal directions, you’ll get measurements, so you can see if one will fit. Selecting print will create a brochure with your personal selections to take with you when visiting with the builder or your Realtor. If you elect to send an inquiry, a representative will reach out to you in a timely manner.
The tool currently features homesites in the traditional neighborhood of Parkland Square where all homes are built by David Weekley. As development continues, additional sections and builders will be added.
