Clean lines, open floor plans, plenty of natural light, and sophisticated simplicity. These concepts are the foundation for community design and the newest collections from Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison. In Bridgeland’s newest neighborhood of Copper Breaks in Parkland Village, Darling Homes will offer homes on 40- and 60- foot homesites while Taylor Morrison’s offerings will also be on 60- foot homesites. Both builders will begin pre-selling on June 17.
Open-concept floor plans across both builder’s collections will continue to include the distinctive details Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison are known for, including owner’s bedroom suites and two bedrooms on the first floor, soaring 2-story ceilings, up to three-car garages, flexible plan designs as well as optional game and media rooms. Each series of homes provides a selection of unique exterior styles that will appeal to buyers searching for modern sophistication.
Darling Homes in Copper Breaks
Darling will debut its newly–developed Milestone Collection on 40’ homesites with homes starting from the mid $200s. One- and two-story designs in this collection will range from approximately 1,400 to 2,400 square feet and will feature painted brick and modern stucco elevations.
Darling’s Modernist Collection on 60- foot homesites was first introduced in the neighborhood of Goose Island in Bridgeland’s Parkland Village and the popular collection will continue to be found in Copper Breaks. Homes in the Modernist Collection will be priced from the mid $400s and square footages range from approximately 2,700 to 3,300 square feet. Large windows add geometry and bathe the voluminous interiors in natural light. Elevations in the Modernist Collection uniquely incorporate horizontal and vertical elements, texture and contrast while embracing minimalism through the use of glass, stone and stucco.
Taylor Morrison in Copper Breaks
Taylor Morrison’s Endeavor Collection on 60-foot homesites offers four top-selling one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from approximately 2,200 to 2,900 square feet. Homes in this collection will start from the mid $300s and will showcase a unique mix of fresh painted brick as well as “soft contemporary” elevation styles with a nod to “Prairie Modern” design elements.
The Allure of Copper Breaks
The aesthetic of the street scene has been thoughtfully designed. Giving consideration to the layout of homesites within Cooper Breaks gives it an identifiable character and a sense of place. Creating attractive, inviting spaces by using generously landscaped islands, the street scene will be more diverse.
Copper Breaks will be adjacent to the award-winning Dragonfly Park, a 25-acre park that includes a state-of-the-art activity center, well-appointed fitness center, flex rooms, lazy river, fitness pool and fitness lawn, leisure pool with beach entry, rope swing pool with a deep-water element, sprayground, tennis courts, dog park, basketball court, open play field, kayak launch, and hike and bike trails. Copper Breaks will also be within walking distance to the future Parkland Village Center and near Bridgeland’s highly-acclaimed schools, making this collection desirable for growing families.
